1. Introduction

Welcome to pkrpin, Pakistan's premier online casino and sports betting platform. pkrpin is operated by a licensed gaming company under an international gaming licence. References to "pkrpin", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to the pkrpin operating entity. References to "you", "your", or "the Player" refer to the registered user of the pkrpin platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through pkrpin, including but not limited to: live casino games, sports betting (including PSL cricket betting and international cricket markets), slot games, crash games, fishing games, baccarat, and all promotional offers. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the pkrpin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkrpin does not permit access to any person under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any stage of registration or account activity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of pkrpin or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether imposed by pkrpin or any external responsible gaming authority — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point of use.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full pkrpin platform, you are required to create a registered account via the pkrpin Login page. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles pkrpin to terminate your account immediately.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active pkrpin account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If pkrpin identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, and balances may be voided pending a full investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrpin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pkrpin will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pkrpin support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pkrpin complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and payment method verification — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkrpin platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrpin supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed instantly or within a reasonable processing time depending on the selected payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the pkrpin cashier page. pkrpin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of your account identity and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. pkrpin aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same pkrpin account, in compliance with our AML obligations. pkrpin reserves the right to conduct additional checks before approving any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All pkrpin account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to your account balance. If a game provider presents odds or values in a different currency, the pkrpin system will automatically convert the displayed values to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pkrpin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting specials. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Circumventing this restriction constitutes bonus abuse.
• pkrpin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting game mechanics to meet wagering requirements at low risk, or collusion with other players — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash equivalent outside of the pkrpin platform.
• Free spins awarded as part of promotions will be issued on designated slot titles only and are subject to a maximum win cap unless otherwise stated.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on pkrpin — including live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by specific game rules published within the game interface or betting market page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

6.1 Random Number Generation & Fairness

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pkrpin reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or events that deviate materially from expected match conditions.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a game or platform technical malfunction, pkrpin reserves the right to void any round or bet affected by the malfunction. No payment will be made in respect of a game round or bet that is voided due to a technical error. pkrpin will not be liable for any losses arising from system interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures outside of pkrpin's reasonable control.

7. Responsible Gaming

pkrpin is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, and we take seriously our duty to provide tools and support for players who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling behaviour.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrpin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point of account use.
• Using the pkrpin platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Creating or operating more than one pkrpin account, or assisting others to do so.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or any technical error to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the pkrpin platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy with other players designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus conditions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any part of the pkrpin platform or its software.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic access restrictions on the pkrpin platform.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or offensive behaviour toward pkrpin staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrpin platform — including but not limited to the pkrpin brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrpin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkrpin platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display, or create derivative works from any pkrpin content without prior written authorisation from pkrpin. Any unauthorised use of pkrpin intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrpin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pkrpin platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

pkrpin's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkrpin account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrpin makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that game outcomes will meet your expectations. Use of the pkrpin platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

pkrpin is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered players. Our collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by the pkrpin Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

By registering a pkrpin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pkrpin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, pkrpin will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms & Conditions will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

Your continued use of the pkrpin platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the pkrpin platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting our support team.

13. Account Termination & Suspension

pkrpin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements, or for any other reason that pkrpin determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be in the interests of platform integrity or player safety.

Upon termination of your pkrpin account for any reason, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus amounts and winnings derived from bonus play subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of all applicable verification checks.

You may also request voluntary closure of your pkrpin account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. You may also use the self-exclusion tool available in your account dashboard for immediate effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkrpin holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and pkrpin, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our support team, the matter may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution body designated under our gaming licence.

pkrpin's decision on any gaming or account dispute shall be final and binding, subject only to the escalation process described above.
